How fascia tightness can cause upper back pain?

Fascia is the connective tissue. The Fascia system’s connective tissue connects our muscles to bones. and pathology to these fasciae in your upper back can cause you upper back pain.

Pathology in the upper back fascia is extremely difficult to diagnose, as these fasciae do not show up on diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans.
