If due for some reason you can’t have your dinner early then you can follow these steps like using ginger in your dinner. Replace regular salt from your dinner to rock salt or Himalayan salt. When you eat late, do vajrasana and take a slow walk for 10 to 15 minutes to digest your dinner. And if you feel that dining early makes you feel Hungary in the late-night then you can have milk before sleeping. And sleep on your left side as it will protect you from any stomach problems.
