Tennis elbow can be the culprit of your elbow pain:

Tennis elbow is pain that’s located on the outside of the elbow and the tendons of the muscles that cause wrist extension. It is an extremely painful condition that may not always have swelling but at the time will.

  • Ultrasound (treatment can break up scar tissue, increase blood flow, and promote healing), electrical stimulation, and Icing of the elbow to reduce pain and swelling (repeat this 2 to 3 times per day for 10 to 15 minutes each until the pain is gone).

Wrist extensor stretch- turn the finger toward the floor & palm facing you, turn the inside of the elbow facing forward, keep the elbow straight, and now stretch.

Triceps stretch.

  • Rolling forearm flexor & extensor.
  • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
  • Tennis ball massage.
  • Also, Lacrosse ball muscle release.
